Hatun Machay, a most surprising place in Peru. Facing the Huayhuash range, a "forest of stones" petrified in the middle of nowhere. And a lot of great sport climbing, above 4000m!

  • @Tristan: and there is so much left to develop... Barely a hundred routes out of thousands of potential lines. The nearby refuge actually gives you a discount if you bolt new routes! It's also a project of mine to go spend a few weeks over there (interspersed with alpine stuff in the two big ranges next door).
